I think Lum uploaded Victory at Sea. Oh, and I'm Matthew Paul Argall, usually nicknamed James. I get these rare and unusual TV broadcasts from various film archivists, I pay them a few dollars and they send me a DVD-R with 2 hours of rare and unusual TV broadcasts. I only make these broadcasts downloadable in MPEG4 format, as to make sure I don't hurt their DVD sales too much. Heck, they are 100% public domain, so I don't think I'll get sued.

EDIT: Some of the more common stuff I upload comes from various PD-TV-on-DVD companies.
